Brian Shearer P.Eng. (professional engineer Alberta ) is an Inspiring and Humorous Speaker, Compassionate Facilitator/Trainer, and Effective  Business Consultant based in Edmonton , Alberta Canada .

Brian is a certified Geotran instructor and practitioner. His extensive resume also includes working with start-up public companies, new and mature private enterprises, government departments, aboriginal and first nations groups. He has had a broad spectrum of clients including construction, oilfield, land and soils reclamation, software, hardware and programming, financial planning and services, manufacturing, creative design, advertising, personal services, practitioners, restaurants and service companies.

Brian has created, co-founded, and co-owned s mal l and medium sized successful businesses in Alberta . He has many years of experience and varied background in Engineering, Management, Administration, Leadership, Sales and Human Resources.

Brian specializes in creating cohesive team ownership, vision and mission for accountable leadership, management and staffing.  Brian works with individuals and corporate groups to facilitate the how to’s, the planning, creation, and actualization of constructive problem solving.
